Each time the server checked in “how were drinks, meal, dessert,” our same honest reactive answer was “It’s fantastic.” Its so refreshing to have a brand new restaurant like this open, and the chefs clearly put a lot of pre-development time, aiming for a spot-on elegant menu.

This is the place to eat in Bozeman. Everything on the menu is great. I can say that from experience. I ate breakfast and dinner there 5 days in a row. The staff is amazing and everything was cooked to perfection. Save room for dessert and make sure to try a cocktail. They feature products from local producers so that’s an added plus.

I organized a galentines brunch here and the service was phenomenal even with a large group. The food was delicious and their Bloody Mary was perfect.

Last night we headed to Fielding's to celebrate a milestone anniversary in our engagement. We were greeted and shown our table when we arrived for our reservation. The ambiance of this place was very nice! I loved the art work, the pops of green throughout the restaurant, and I loved the silverware. The menu is curated perfectly. Maybe a little on the higher end but every bite is worth the money you will spend on it. Save room for dessert! The chocolate mouse cake with cookies and cream ice cream was a nice way to finish the meal! Portion sizes are perfect. I had the pasta bolognese and he had the chicken entree. 10/10. We want to say thank you to our awesome server Maxx. He was very attentive to the table, friendly, quick, and ensured we had a great night out. As locals, we look forward to our next trip to Fielding's!

Stopped in for lunch and got their brunch menu. We had their steak frites and carne asada burrito. Both dishes were amazing, my husband could not stop raving about his burrito. Their food is amazing and flavorful. The huckleberry smoothie was just okay but the food speaks for itself. Definitely coming back next time for their dinner menu when we are in town!

My husband brought me here as a surprise before Christmas. We had the chef’s tasting menu curated by Chef Gabe. The menu was personally catered to our likes. Everything was phenomenal. Incredible service and incredible food. The atmosphere in this restaurant is really intimate and lovely, especially on a snowy night. The ingredients used by this restaurant are selected with intentionality and care, sourced local. Can’t recommend more!

Every meal was outstanding! From breakfast to dinner, Fielding’s didn’t disappoint. For breakfast, my favorite was the avocado toast. Although all the menu items look amazing, for dinner, I recommend starting with the potato croquets. So good! The wedge salad & ribeye were also very good. And kudos to the hard working & friendly staff!

If I could feed you anything through my screen this would be it. I found Fielding's on a whim while looking for late(ish) dining in Bozeman. Was I randomly searching for a restaurant that served Bone Marrow? Maybe. Regardless, I'm glad we ended up here. Located in the Armory, this restaurant absolutely blew us away. My favorite part? Having the Chef check in on us throughout our meal to explain each dish in exquisite detail. What a gem! Our server was a kind young gentleman. Let's get to the food, shall we? First up, the Cornbread Skillet. It's buttery perfection. Covered in burnt honey butter - this shareable did not disappoint. It has a slight spicy kick that balances out the sweetness of the cornbread. Next is the Roasted Bone Marrow. I've always been a bone marrow-lovin' girly so this was a dish after my own heart. I would've liked just a tiny bit more salt but that's just me. Served on top of brioche toast, it basically just melts in your mouth. I was extremely surprised by the Grilled Ruby Trout. Trout is always a hit or miss for me in restaurants because it's often overcooked - but not here! This little trout came in from Idaho (at least that's what we were told and was cooked perfectly). What really helped elevate this dish was the charred broccoli. Craving some fried chicken? Look no further. Every single piece of chicken was tender and evenly cooked. The crispy chicken skin was oh so yummy. Did we have room for dessert? Absolutely not but we will next time! The restaurant itself has an elevated and classy vibe. The staff members are some of the beat. And, well, then there's the food... We'll be back.
